We engage third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, cloud storage, analytics, customer support, payment processing, marketing, and advertising. These service providers may have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
B. Affiliates and Partners
We may share your information with our affiliates, subsidiaries, and business partners for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Our affiliates and partners are required to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
C. Third-Party Services Integration
Our Services may include links to websites, platforms, and services operated or controlled by third parties. Additionally, we integrate technologies operated or controlled by third parties as part of our Services.
Examples include:
■ Links: Our Services include hyperlinks to websites, platforms, and other services not operated or controlled by us.
■ Login: We may allow you to log in or create an account through social media or other platforms (such as through Google, Facebook, Apple, Twitter, Line, or Vkontakte accounts). If you choose to participate in these integrated logins, you may receive information on these platforms that we have permission to share with you, such as your public profile name, email address, and internal identification information. Platforms may independently collect information about you through integrated logins.
■ Brand Pages: We may provide content through social media. All information you provide to us when participating in our content (such as through our brand pages) will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Additionally, when you publicly mention our Services on social media (for example, by hashtagging Megoo Games or our Services in a tweet or post), we may reference this for use within our Services.
■ Linking Platforms: We may provide functionality in our Services to link your Megoo Games account to other services to search for specific information about your account. For example, when linking your account to gaming platforms such as Steam or Twitch, we may obtain information such as your gaming username, email address, photos, gaming performance, and highest scores through the link. For details on how these platforms process your information, please refer to their privacy policies and terms of service.
When you interact with third parties, including when you leave our Services, those parties may independently collect your information and request information from you. The information collected and stored by these parties, including information shared with us, your rights and choices regarding their services and devices, and whether information is stored in the United States or elsewhere, are subject to their own policies and practices. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies and terms of service.
D. Analytics and Advertising
We use analytics services to help us understand how users access and use our Services. We also partner with agencies, advertisers, advertising networks, and other technology service providers to serve advertisements for our products and services on other websites and services. For example, we show you advertisements through Google and Facebook, which you may see on their platforms as well as other websites and services.
As part of this process, we may incorporate tracking technologies into our own Services (including websites, applications, and emails) and advertisements displayed on other websites and services. Some of these tracking technologies may track your activities over time and across services to link various devices you use and provide you with relevant advertising and/or other content ("Interest-Based Advertising").
We also use lookalike audience matching services (a type of interest-based advertising) to reach people who have visited our Services or are identified in one or more databases (or similar people) ("Matched Advertising"). This is performed by providing hashed email address lists to advertising partners or incorporating advertising partners' pixels into our Services, and the advertising partners match common elements between our data and their respective data. For example, we may integrate Facebook pixels in our Services and share your email address with Facebook as part of Facebook's lookalike audience usage.
As mentioned above, vendors and other parties may act as service providers on our behalf or, in specific cases, independently determine the means of processing your information. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies and terms of service.
Please refer to the "Automatically Collected Data" and "Your Rights and Choices" sections for more information about the types of tracking technologies we use on our Services and analytics, as well as your rights and choices regarding interest-based advertising and matched advertising.

■ To protect the rights, property, or safety of Megoo Games, our users, or others.
■ To detect, prevent, or address fraud, security issues, or technical problems.
■ In connection with any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar corporate event.
F. With Your Consent

5 Your Rights and Choices
A. Account Information
You can access, update, or delete specific information you have provided to us through your Megoo Games account by going to account settings or sending an email to the email address specified in "Contact Us" below. We may require additional information to verify your identity. Please note that we will retain and use your information as needed to fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce contracts.
B. Choices Regarding Tracking Technologies
■ Cookies and Pixels: Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can modify your settings to have your browser refuse or delete cookies. If you use multiple browsers on your device, you must make these setting changes separately for each browser. The functionality of restricting cookies depends on browser settings and limitations.
■ Do Not Track: Your browser settings may allow you to automatically send "Do Not Track" signals to online services you visit. However, please note that there is no industry consensus on what website and application operators should do in response to these signals. Therefore, unless required by legal interpretation, we do not monitor or take action on "Do Not Track" signals. For more information about "Do Not Track," please visit
http://www.allaboutdnt.com.
■ Applications and Location Technologies: You can stop all data collection by removing the application. You can also limit the use of information related to you by resetting your device advertising ID through your device settings at any time. Additionally, you can withdraw consent to the collection of precise location information by removing the application or through device settings.
If you do not use or delete tracking technologies, some features of our Services may not function properly.
C. Analytics and Interest-Based Advertising
Google provides tools to opt out of data from Google Analytics (
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) and Google Analytics for Display Advertising or Google Display Network (
https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/).
Companies that offer targeted advertising must provide options to not receive targeted advertising. Many of these companies are members of the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA") and/or the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI"). To learn more about targeted advertising offered by these companies and to opt out of receiving specific targeted advertising, please visit the following websites: (i) for online targeted advertising by DAA members, see
https://www.aboutads.info/choices; (ii) for in-app targeted advertising by DAA members, see
https://www.aboutads.info/appchoices; (iii) for targeted advertising by NAI members, see
https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/.
Opting out means the selected members will no longer provide you with specific targeted advertising, but this does not mean you will no longer receive targeted content and/or advertising (for example, related to other clients of the member or from other technology services).
For matched advertising, if you want to opt out of our use of hashed emails to provide matched advertising, please contact us according to the "Contact Us" guidelines below and indicate that you want to opt out of matched advertising, and we will stop matched advertising sharing.
Please note that if you opt out using one of these methods, your opt-out will only apply to the specific browser or device from which you opted out. We are not responsible for the effectiveness or compliance of any opt-out option or procedure, or the accuracy of any statement made by any other individual regarding the opt-out option or procedure.
D. Communications
■ Email: You can choose not to receive promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in the email or by sending an email to the email address below "Contact Us" with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. You cannot unsubscribe from non-promotional emails, such as emails about your account, transactions, services, or our ongoing business relationship.
■ Push Notifications: If you have chosen to receive push notifications on your device, you can opt out at any time by adjusting your device permissions or removing the application.
