We use analytics services to help us understand how users access and use our Services. We also partner with agencies, advertisers, advertising networks, and other technology service providers to serve advertisements for our products and services on other websites and services. As part of this process, we may incorporate tracking technologies into our own Services (including websites, applications, and emails) and advertisements displayed on other websites and services. We also use lookalike audience matching services (a type of interest-based advertising) to reach people who have visited our Services or are identified in one or more databases (or similar people) ("Matched Advertising"). This is performed by providing hashed email address lists to advertising partners or incorporating advertising partners' pixels into our Services, and the advertising partners match common elements between our data and their respective data. For example, we may integrate Facebook pixels in our Services and share your email address with Facebook as part of Facebook's lookalike audience usage.

■ Cookies and Pixels: Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can modify your settings to have your browser refuse or delete cookies. If you use multiple browsers on your device, you must make these setting changes separately for each browser. The functionality of restricting cookies depends on browser settings and limitations.
■ Do Not Track: Your browser settings may allow you to automatically send "Do Not Track" signals to online services you visit. However, please note that there is no industry consensus on what website and application operators should do in response to these signals. You may designate an agent authorized to submit requests on your behalf. However, we will require your agent to provide written proof and verify your identity directly with you.

You have the right not to be discriminated against by us for exercising your rights.

If you are a California customer, you may request (i) a list of the categories of personal data we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year; (ii) a directory of the categories of third parties to whom such data was disclosed. To fulfill your request, please send an email or mail to us through the "Contact Us" above and indicate that you are executing a "California Shine the Light Request." We may require you to provide additional information to verify your identity, and we are only obligated to respond to your request once per year.

When we share your data according to Article 4, your data may be transferred to, processed, stored, and used by third parties located in jurisdictions outside Japan, including the United States, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and Russia. Your use of our Services or provision of data constitutes your consent to the transfer, processing, use, sharing, and storage of data about you by third parties located in other jurisdictions.
